This year the IamForrozeiro Festival Amsterdam, 2nd edition, will take place on
an even larger scale then before. You can enjoy 3 days of the best Brazilian forró dance and music culture. With more than 40 workshops and 5 live concerts with forrozeiros and forrozeiras from all over Europe and Brazil. This year we will pay special tribute to the great forró musical legend Dominguinhos.

Come and join 3 days of workshops by great dance teachers Jiordano Terra (Stuttgart), Carlos André (London), Pablo Dias (Lisbon), Ceumar Coelho (Amsterdam), Cacau Moutinho (Lille), Marion Lima (Paris),  Juliana Braga (Amsterdam), Rudolfo Batista (Cologne) and others.

Come to 3 nights of electrifying music and dance parties. Musicians who
will be performing are Rita Macedo (Toulouse), Diego Oliveira (São Paulo), Forrozar (Amsterdam) and special guest singers Ceumar Coelho, Lilian Vieira and Ana Beck. The DJ's playing are Thiago Lima (Paris), Leo do Rio (Rio de Janeiro) and Nagô (Amsterdam).

The festival will take place in the Amsterdam at the Mirror Centre, Werkteater Amsterdam and CMA Zaal. All located in the east of the city and within walking distance of each other.

We are expecting 250 participants daily for the workshops and more than
